Choose one recurring task: handling an inquiry, following up on a lead, preparing a report, or routing business calls. Bring an example of how it works today, the tools involved, and what you’d like to improve.
Together, we map who does the work, where the information lives, how it moves between systems, and what gets stuck. We identify what can be delegated, what needs preparation, and which decisions should stay with a person.
You receive a written workflow map and a prioritized plan: the main points of friction, the preparation needed, a recommended first improvement, and how we would check whether it worked. Implementation is a separate next step, agreed with you.

Make a useful improvement you can actually see. Connect your website to the right system. Repair a lead notification. Clean up a call flow. Reduce repetitive reporting. Implement an agent where that’s the right tool.
We agree on the problem, the intervention, and how we’ll check the result. Then I build, test, document, and hand it over so you know how it works and how to use it.

Once the foundations are ready, give agents ongoing responsibilities with clear boundaries. I help define permissions, reliable sources of information, approval points, monitoring, and a plan for when something fails.
